Celebrate the Running of the Bulls

Every summer, the Running of the Bulls lures adrenaline junkies to Spain – but for those who’d like to get in on the action a little closer to home, Pamplona will be serving a beef-centric menu in honor of the event. Offered from July 7th–12th, Alex Ureña’s five-course prix fixe kicks off with beef carpaccio and pickled vegetables, keeps up the pace with courses of oxtail terrine, beef cheeks and steak, and crosses the finish line with fried milk and dulce de leche ice cream ($65 per person; $90 with wine pairings; 212-213-2328).
