David Burke's finhouse Fishtail is barely out of its swaddling clothes and already it's expanding its repertoire. The Upper East Sider has launched a late-night menu, including everything from rice crispy crab cakes to clam-and-bacon pizza, available nightly from 11 PM–1AM.
