Le Cirque's Vintage Menu Grows

Diners can expect an additional course at Zagat's upcoming Vintage Dinner, held next Tuesday, March 3, at Le Cirque. Though the menu sounds tempting enough already, in an effort to "jazz it up a little more," as Mauro Maccioni puts it, chef Craig Hopson will also be preparing a whole-roasted suckling pig with apples, "served the traditional way."
