Last night, Charlie Palmer's Aureole hosted the grand finale to the Vintage Dinner series (which was also the restaurant's last special event before it moves to One Bryant Park in May or June). Guests dined on roast saddle of lamb and lobster thermidor cooked to perfection by chef Christopher Lee, and they also got a glimpse of renderings of the restaurant's new space, which is being designed by Adam D. Tihany. So, when you look at those construction shots on Eater, this is what you should be envisioning.
