Village tapas spot Las Ramblas is tooting the horn for the arrival of Talai Berri Txakolina 2008, a seasonal Basque wine from Getaria, Spain, that’s rarely found in New York. Pronounced “CHA-koh-lee,” the yellow-green vino is slightly effervescent, which is enhanced by being poured through a special T-shaped spout from a height of one to two feet above the glass. Sounds like a refreshing spring tipple – and a server’s worst nightmare.
