When it comes to showing the intense demands of a food-arts career, Top Chef has nothing on Pressure Cooker, an award-winning documentary opening tomorrow at the IFC Film Center. As seen in the trailer above, the film follows students through two semesters of a culinary course at a working-class Northeast Philly high school.
