Alfama

The word has been out since March that West Village 10-year-old Alfama is looking for a new space. Though owners Tarcisio Costa and Miguel Jerónimo are still scouting locales, a closing date has been set for the end of July. Diners have a little over a month to say their goodbyes to the Hudson Street digs, and as a parting gift, the Portuguese restaurant is offering 40% off its premium wines – a drastic price-slashing of bottles from $100–$385 (now through July 31; 212-625-2500).
