Chelsea Market’s L’Arte Del Gelato is striking out on its own, moving from a cart inside Bowery Kitchen Supply to its very own retail counter at the 10th Avenue end of the market. To celebrate, it will be serving complimentary gelato today from 12:30 PM–2:30 PM (75 Ninth Ave., 212-366-0570).
