Next week, Gabriel Stulman (Little Owl, Market Table) plans to unveil Joseph Leonard, an American Brasserie, in the space that once held the West Village branch of Flor’s Kitchen (170 Waverly Pl.; 646-429-8383). Officially opening this week: Der Schwarze Kolner, a long-delayed German beer garden in Fort Greene (710 Fulton St., Brooklyn); Bhatti Indian Grill showcasing regional recipes from India in Murray Hill (100 Lexington Ave.; 212-683-4228); Latin-themed Agua Dulce in Hell’s Kitchen (802 Ninth Ave.; 212-262-1299). Additionally, Xie Xie, Angelo Sosa’s Asian sandwich shop, fully rolls out its menu this week (645A Ninth Ave.; 212-265-2975).
