Popular W New York after-work stop, Whiskey Blue, just went to rehab... for drinks and design. The 11-year-old bar now takes on a sober ambiance with decor inspired by New York’s legendary men’s clubs. What this means: snakeskin leather club chairs; rich brown leather sofas; highly stylized photos in gilded frames; and clandestine lighting to match throwback cocktails like the grasshopper ($12) and the East Sider (gin, muddled cucumber, lime, mint, $14) (212-407-2947).
