On November 10, the chefs at kosher steakhouse Le Marais
will be teaching a class on how to prepare a four-course menu of Thanksgiving favorites. Utilizing the restaurant's new private dining room and kitchen, participants will learn how to carve and roast a holiday turkey, and create classic side dishes such as chestnut stuffing and acorn squash. Lunch follows, which includes a glass of wine, and afterward each guest will leave with increased carving confidence and a special gift bag (11 AM–2:30 PM; $125, all inclusive; for reservations call 212-869-0900).
