Brandywine Prime, Seafood & Chops

The 300-year-old Chadds Ford Inn, smack in touristy Brandywine Valley, has been transformed into Brandywine Prime, Seafood & Chops, a sumptuous – though rustic – two-story New American.
Jeff Benjamin and Marc Vetri have opened Osteria in a warm, spacious Center City room dominated by an open kitchen with a roaring brick oven to make its house-specialty thin-crust pizzas.
Meanwhile, the crew from Logan Square’s Public House has gone somewhat upscale at Mission Grill, a sleek Southwestern, while Wok, a long-running Center City Chinese, has added Tokyo Hibachi, a handsome, woodsy Japanese steakhouse/sushi bar upstairs.
