They’re going for clever at Savory off South, an airy, art-filled corner BYO, which – as the name says – is located off South Street; its budget-friendly menu includes breakfast food, sandwiches/panini/wraps and some unusual fondue (Philly cheese steak bites dipped in cheese, Tastykakes in chocolate).
