Morimoto's sushi
Morimoto recently began “Sushi School,” one-hour classes teaching the art of cutting fish, rolling maki and creating stylish presentations. Held in the kitchen, the intimate classes for 2–8 people are scheduled by appointment and include a chef's coat, rice paddle and bamboo mat. And, of course, you get to eat your work.
