Deux Chemineés
On May 26th and 27th, Deux Chemineés chef Fritz Blank – bound for retirement in Thailand – will sell his personal cookware, culinary ephemera and more in a two-day tag sale at the restaurant (Saturday from 7 AM–3 PM and Sunday from 8 AM–6 PM; no credit cards; 1221 Locust St.; 215-790-0200).
The French mainstay, open since 1979, will close on June 8th.
