Fork offers two chances to enjoy a meal prepared by chef Anna Tasca Lanza, author of Heart of Sicily and Flavors of Sicily. Lanza, who visits the restaurant every two years, and her daughter, Fabrizia, will cook from traditional recipes and offer wine from the family winery, Tasca d'Almerita Regaleali. You can choose between a six-course dinner on Tuesday, June 12th ($55 per person), and a three-course luncheon Wednesday, June 13th ($25 per person), or attend both if you just can't get enough of Lanza's authentic Sicilian cuisine (various seatings available; 215-625-9425).
