Palace at the Ben, with its high-style, Punjabi-influenced Indian dining, has come to Center City’s landmark Benjamin Franklin House in a modern, marbled room staffed by polished servers and decorated with grand chandeliers and an even grander elephantine motif; N.B. its decent wine list can also be sampled at the bar in the apartment building’s lobby.
