Ryan Margolis, who worked for Stephen Starr, is readying this American bistro and bar (707 Chestnut St., Center City) for next spring. According to Margolis, it will cater to Washington Square scene-sters.

Georges Perrier's bustling Restaurant Row brasserie has launched Sunday brunch from 10:30 AM–3 PM.

Circles off the Square

This Continental entry in the Radisson Plaza-Warwick Hotel has added outdoor dining on 17th Street.

Neighborhood-friendly American bistro offerings have supplanted the Med small-plates menu.
