The crew from Center City’s popular Monk’s has popped up in Fairmount with Belgian Café, a comfortable corner hang in the space that was Tavern on Green; though beers and lighter fare are served at the dark, Goth bar, foodies will enjoy the focus on upscale Euro pub grub in the bright dining room filled with large art posters.
