City Center standard Matyson won't be quite the same again.
Food and Drinq is reporting that half-owners Matt and Sonjia Spector (Mat-y-Son, get it?) have sold their stake in the popular New American and are heading out of town.
The couple is planning to move to California, though they haven't decided exactly where. In the meantime, they assure diners that the restaurant is in good hands: "Ben Puchowitz, Matt's cousin and an employee since Day One, and Brian Lofink, their sous chef" will be running the restaurant of which Puchowitz's father, Butch, is now the full owner.
