Butcher's Cafe in South Philly has closed. Chef Todd Bergman is headed to nearby New Wave Café, replacing Ben McNamara, who has landed at St. Stephens Green in Fairmount.
Owners, citing soft business, have pulled the plug on Crescent City.
The Plate location in Wyncote has closed, apparently due to friction
between the owner and the management company.
