Explore wild game at Lambertville Station – on your plate, of course. Every January, February and March, this Traditional American by the Delaware serves an adventurous selection of game dishes.

On February's menu, expect to find yak and rabbit (1st–3rd), rabbit and goose (4th–10th), goose and elk (11th–17th) and elk and crocodile (18th-24th). Crocodile and venison run from February 25th through March 2nd. Then March continues with venison and wild boar (3rd–9th), wild boar and buffalo (10th–16th), buffalo and kangaroo (17th–23rd), kangaroo and wild-game sausage (24th–30th) and a potluck to finish off the wild game series on March 31st (4–9:30 PM Sunday–Thursday, 4–11 PM on Friday and Saturday; $21–$32; 609-397-8300).
