In celebration of the Cherry Blossom Festival, which runs from April 5th–19th, Fork will host a sake tasting and four-course dinner prepared by Japanese chef and cookbook author Hiroko Shimbo (The Sushi Experience and The Japanese Kitchen) on Tuesday, April 8th (seatings from 6:30–8 PM; $50 per person; 215-625-9425).
