The chef behind South Philly’s erstwhile Meze transplants his Greek-Cypriot fare to Kanella,  a rustic, airy space carved out of a former diner in Wash West; patrons armed with BYO booze cram into close-spaced tables for gently priced meat and fish dishes, as well as creative yogurt-based dips.
