And if you’ve never cooked the cuisine before, no worries – starting June 29th at Palace at the Ben, you can learn the basics at cooking classes led by executive chef Subhash Sarpal and others. Several different courses are being offered – Indian Cuisine 101, Curries, Non-Gravy Curries and the Lighter Side, which focuses on dishes without creams or sauces – and each runs for four weeks (7–8:30 PM; $150 per person for four classes; 267-232-5600).
