Parc, Stephen Starr’s airy though intimate brasserie in the Parc Rittenhouse, brings a big touch of Paris to Rittenhouse Square; not only does sidewalk dining along both the 18th and Locust Street sides add to the feeling of joie de vivre, so do bistro favorites from chef Dominique Filoni (ex Savona and Bianca in the ’burbs, Four Seasons Hotel in DC) served at the zinc bar and throughout the antiques-filled lounge and dining room.
