Tavern 17 at Center City’s Radisson Plaza Warwick Hotel continues its dog – and human – outdoor party on the terrace on July 31st. Held the last Thursday of every month through September, the pooch-friendly soirées, “Yappy Hour,” benefit the Pennsylvania SPCA and feature $1.70 mini-cocktails, $3 beers and $4 glasses of wine for humans and treats like plain all-beef hot dogs cut into bite-size pieces and pulled roasted chicken ($2.50) for the canine crew (5–7 PM; 220 S. 17th St.; 215-790-1799).
