Retro comfort-food spot The Pop Shop will mark Halloween one day early this month. On October 30th, costumed kids 14 or under accompanied by a parent will receive a kids' meal for 99¢ with the purchase of any adult entree. While feasting on green eggs and jam (scrambled eggs with spinach and cheese, served with toast and jelly) or PB&J Bettys (pancakes swirled with peanut butter chips and topped with grape jelly), children can show off their ghoulish garb during hourly indoor costume promenades.
