Rae, the much-lauded American in the Cira Centre, is fixing for a fall 2009 move to the 37th floor of Center City high-rise Two Liberty Place, which will make it the highest restaurant in town; chef-owner Daniel Stern is expected to create a more casual eatery in the current Cira space, opening early spring 2009. While similar in concept, Cira's yet-to-be-named restaurant will be open only for lunch, happy hour and private events.
