Trattoria Primadonna, the Italian BYO across the street from the Kimmel Center, has changed hands and gotten a new name in the process. After former owner Giancarlo Frusone handed the restaurant's keys over to his son, Michael Coll-Frusone, the restaurant changed its name to Bella Cena (“beautiful dinner”). It's still the same Italian concept, but now with a new chef and a seasonally influenced menu that changes bi-monthly (1506 Spruce St.; 215-790-0171).
