At Fork, the New American mainstay in Old City, chef Thien Ngo is retiring to his native Vietnam, paving the way for the arrival of Terence Feury, whose past includes Maia in Villanova, The Ritz-Carlton in Philadelphia and Georgetown, and Striped Bass.
Marty Grims, who owns the Moshulu and Du Jour Market, is now a partner with Judy Wicks at the White Dog Cafe, the boho University City Eclectic, and this summer they plan to open a second Dog in Wayne.
