On February 6th, approximately 10 Main Line chefs will duke it out at “Foodapalooza,” sponsored by the arts-focused community nonprofit First Friday Main Line. The list of participants is being kept under wraps, but word has it chefs will come from Ardmore restaurants (think Auspicious, Primavera Pizza Kitchen and Ristorante Positano), and each will compete with one appetizer, to be judged by food consultants and cookbook authors.
