The New Mantra is Amalfi

Pan-Asian is "overdone around Rittenhouse" these days, so restaurateur Albert Paris is switching things up at his Rittenhouse Pan-Asian Mantra. The restaurant will serve its last meal on Saturday, February 7th, and then undergo a quick makeover. By next Wednesday, the 11th, the space will reopen with the same owners but with new china, an Italian concept, and a new name: Bar Amalfi.
