Local restaurants are celebrating Mardi Gras on February 24 with food, drink and fun.
Bourbon Blue: This Manayunk Cajun plans to party throughout the evening with a crawfish-eating contest, a midnight giveaway and a live band playing from 9:30 PM–2 AM. Expect menu specials and drinks like the ever-popular Hurricane (4:00 PM–2:00 AM; 215-508-3360).
High Street Caffé: In addition to the regular New Orleans–themed menu, this West Chester Cajun will feature crawfish dishes, $5 Hurricanes and $3 Louisiana beer specials. Les Bons Temps: From 10 PM onward at this Center City East Cajun, guests can expect a roaring party with pudding wrestling matches, live music, drink specials and costume contests lasting until 2 AM ($25 cover charge in advance, $30 at the door).
