Spring may actually feel like it's here on Saturday, May 9, when the Rittenhouse Row Spring Festival kicks off along Walnut Street from Broad to 19th Streets. The event will be a food-lover’s paradise, with demonstrations by Starr Restaurants’ chefs (from Alma de Cuba, Butcher & Singer, Continental Mid-town, Barclay Prime and Parc), free wine tastings and budget-priced and kid-friendly samples from eateries including Alfa, Chez Colette, D’Angelo’s, Davio’s, Devil’s Alley, J.L. Sullivan’s, Lacroix, Le Bec-Fin, Le Castagne, Marathon Grill, Meritage, The Prime Rib, Rouge, Smiths, Susanna Foo, Table 31, Tavern 17, Tinto and Twenty Manning (noon to 5 PM, rain or shine).
