Rittenhouse's Le Bec-Fin has gotten into the three-courses-for-$35 game with new lunch and dinner menus offered Monday–Friday; the French landmark, which built its rep on $128 four-course feasts, also serves a five-course degustation menu for $55 at lunch, seven days a week (215-567-1000).
