For the rest of the summer, Tuesdays–Saturdays, Eric Ripert's 10 Arts is offering a three-course, $35 prix fixe dinner, with an optional $15 two-glass wine pairing. These "Summer Suppers" are being held to celebrate chef de cuisine Jennifer Carroll's upcoming stint on the Las Vegas season of Top Chef, and naturally the restaurant will be screening each episode as it airs (excluding, oddly, the premiere). The menu will change regularly depending on what the toque finds from local sources (offered until September 30; 215-523-8273; reserve online).
