Labor Day. The symbolic end of summer, the last three-day weekend before school starts and a perfect opportunity for a leisurely breakfast or lunch. So where to go? To help you decide, we've scouted out restaurants open on September 7.

Moshulu: This Delaware Riverfront Polynesian–New American will be offering up lunch from 11 AM–3 PM (215-923-2500; reserve online).

Parc: Stephen Starr's Rittenhouse bistro will be open for breakfast from 7:30–11 AM and lunch from 11 AM–3 PM (215-545-2262; reserve online).

Rouge: Enjoy lunch outdoors on this Rittenhouse New American's sidewalk patio from 11 AM–4 PM (215-732-6622).

Sabrina's Café: It's business as usual at this Fairmount Eclectic (and at the South Philly location), which will serve its popular brunch from 8 AM–4 PM (215-636-9061).
