Noble American Cookery in Rittenhouse Square has started Sunday brunch (11 AM–3 PM) and weekday lunch (11 AM– 2 PM), featuring dishes priced between $6–$15, including  banana and bacon French toast with peanut butter sabayon (215-568-7000).

Max Brenner has also gotten into the lunch game with a a $9.50 box lunch featuring an entree like blackened salmon or smoked turkey club plus soup or salad (11:30–5 PM, Monday–Friday; 215-344-8150).

Also in Rittenhouse Square, the Kibitz Room is giving a 50% discount on its 8-oz. corned beef sandwich for the rest of October, bringing the tab down to $4.95 (215-735-7305).

Finally, at South Philly Italian Vesuvio, all beer, wine and liquor is now available for a flat price of $4 (215-922-8380).
