More than a “respite from shopping”, Bradley Ogden’s “new generation steakhouse” with a “wonderful contemporary feel”, 30-ft. illuminated glass-and-steel sculpture and a “large open kitchen” is fast becoming a “destination eating spot” in the “humongous” Westfield San Francisco Centre; chef Jeremy Bearman (formerly of
L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Las Vegas) “really steps up” the traditional chop “concept several notches” with a farm-to-table sensibility, offering “juicy flavorful” beef, plus “elegant, varied” sides and fish dishes and “not to be missed desserts (don't expect cheesecake the size of your head”).
