Manresa's eight-course pig dinner was supposed to be only one night: Tuesday, June 19th. But since the dinner has become so popular – and Tuesday has already sold out – a second night, Wednesday, June 20th, has been added and there are still some spots left to dine on saucisson sec, trotters, tongue, pancetta, boudin noir, chorizo, porchetta and mortadella (5:30 PM on; $125 per person; $197 with wine pairings; 408-354-4330).
