Just two months after taking over the Argent Hotel, the Westin San Francisco Market Street is planning to debut Ducca (50 Third Street; 415-977-0271), a Venetian-inspired restaurant, on June 20th. Chef Richard Corbo, formerly of Mecca, will oversee the Northern Italian menu, which will focus on seafood as well as on an array of cicchetti (Italian bar snacks) – think petite salami sandwiches, marinated sardines, arancini, olives and grilled vegetables. The sweeping space, designed by the Puccini Group (Grand Cafe, Scala's Bistro), includes a marble-topped bar, lounge and alfresco terrace.
