Chef-owner Ming Hwang (ex chef and GM of Tokyo Go Go) has brought Sudachi, a contemporary Japanese izakaya serving Mediterranean-Asian fusion tapas as well as traditional sushi, to Polk Gulch. The vast, rustic-chic venue, which has a cocktail bar pouring house-infused soju and a fancier dining area with lantern-lit tatami tables, turns into a live jazz and blues lounge in the evenings after 10:30 PM.
