Palmetto, a swanky Cow Hollow boîte that replaces Home restaurant, sports a handsome, glassed-in patiolike dining room with an elevated see-and-be-seen lounge area; the twentysomething swells who gather at cocktail hour would do well to stay for the midpriced Mediterranean cuisine prepared by fine-dining veteran Andy Kitko (ex Aqua, Bar Tartine and Gary Danko).
