On July 29th, chef Hoss Zaré's Napa restaurant Zaré shut its doors for the last time.
Zaré is also selling the property, which he had hoped to develop into an elegant new restaurant and bed and breakfast. He plans to take some time off but hopes to eventually open a new restaurant back in San Francisco, where he ran his first eponymous restaurant for 9 years, before moving to Napa.
