The folks behind A 16 are finally ready to open their new Italian, S.P.Q.R., in the old Chez Nous space tomorrow night, September 22nd.
Named after the ancient moniker of the Roman republic, it will showcase rustic fare with a focus on antipasti, fried items and pasta. A 16 chef Nate Appleman and Daniel Holzman (ex Campton Place) will share cooking duties.
