Paying homage to its previous incarnation (Le Metro), the newly concepted Western Addition venture called Metro Kathmandu features Nepalese small plates (think dumplings, curries, kebabs) with Indian influences and fresh California larder; with a full bar, prices under $10 and a kitchen serving till 11 PM, its red-toned, woody interior has become a hangout for Metro hotel guests and neighborhood folks, who also come round on weekends for a French-kissed brunch menu.
