State Sen. Joe Simitian, who authored of a piece of legislation aimed at tackling some of the problems affecting the Delta, will give the keynote speech. But don't worry, this evening about water pollution won't be all dry policy. Patricia Unterman, chef-owner of the Hayes Street Grill, which specializes in sustainably harvested seafood, is preparing a three-course dinner to complement the discourse.
