Bhangra beats on the stereo, Indian movie posters on the walls and Bollywood films projected continuously make it easy to pick up on the theme of the Bollyhood Cafe, a warmly lit Mission newcomer; weekends often heat up with DJs, jazz trios and other live music, and while no hard liquor is served, there’s Kingfisher and Chimay on tap, plus soju and sake cocktails to go with the tiny tapas menu (e.g. coconut curry and samosas).
