Friday, May 24th closes out Wild Game Week at Big 4, where chef Gloria Ciccarone-Nehls has replaced the regular menu with an all-wild-game selection of dishes such as coffee-and-spice-smoked antelope, braised rabbit pot pie, grilled goose pastrami sliders and Himalayan yak "Rossini." Expect a second Wild Game Week sometime in November.
